Jason Stroh is a Los Angeles based food stylist and classically trained chef.

Directly after completing studies in Paris, France at E.S.C.F. Ferrrandi, he staged at a two Michelin star restaurant in Grasse, France with Jaques Chibois before working on the lines of fine dining restaurants in NY and Boston for several years. Inspired by specialty ingredients and imported foods, he worked at a cheese shop in the South End of Boston specializing in raw milk cheeses. Jason then moved to Venice Beach where he opened up Stroh's Gourmet on Abbot Kinney Blvd. A specialty deli loved by many that focused on the surrounding community and preparing foods from scratch. Upon sale of the deli in 2009 he shortly thereafter embarked on a new career and adventure in recipe development and food styling. 

Jason is fortunate to have traveled from coast to coast and internationally as a chef and food stylist. His wide range of culinary knowledge and kitchen skills along with his search for the "perfect ingredient" is visible in his portfolio of work. Over the years he has had the opportunity to work on countless commercials and still photo campaigns with clients both large and small. Some of Jasons projects have included, Buffalo Wild Wings, Ocean Spray, Mountain Mikes, Waba Grill, Google, Martinelli's Juice, Arbys, Morningstar, Chase Bank, Kung Fu Tea, Food Network, Premier Meat Company, Smart & Final, Church's Chicken, Coors Light, CA Grown, Pasta Rana, and VH1's Martha and Snoops Potluck Dinner.
