Use this easy to learn recipe to make a delicious doughy pizza crust everyone will love. It's almost foolproof.

Prep Time: 10 minutes Makes 2# of dough
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Warm Water 2 Envelopes (1/4oz ea.) Active dry yeast
4 cups Unbleached Flour 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Sugar 2 tsp Kosher Salt
Pour the warm water into a large bowl and sprinkle the yeast into the water and let it set in the bowl for about five minutes undisturbed. The yeast should interact with the water and turn a little foamy.
Take out your wire whisk and whisk in the olive oil, the sugar and the salt.
Slowly add your measured flour and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Pour a little bit of olive oil onto a paper towel and very lightly cover another bowl and place your dough into the oiled bowl
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and set it aside somewhere quiet and a little warm for about an hour or so. When ready turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead the dough a few times to work the air bubbles out before stretching the dough out.
If you are making the dough ahead of time, don't plan on storing the dough in the refrigerator for more than two hours.
When ready to bake use a preheated oven set to 430 degrees
