The "everything bagel" has hands down become the favorite bagel in our house. Sometimes I like to use the seasoning in salads or on roast vegetables, but there are so many more uses for this blend !
3 Tbsp. poppy seeds
3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. dried minced garlic
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
3 Tbsp. coarse salt
Heat poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, and onion in a small skillet over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, about 2 minutes or so. When complete transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the salt.
Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag.
